You may need to verify if your phone is unlocked to function with Public Mobile. It’s quite possible that your device needs to be unlocked by your previous carrier in order for it to work with Public Mobile.
If it has already been unlocked, can you please send me your phone number and the IMEI by private message ?

While you are waiting try rebooting your phone, and also log into your account to be sure service is "Active".
