I am having the same problem and have put in an inquiry. It seems like they begin you subscription at 100 mb of usage every cycle so basically our 250 mb data has become only 150 mb. This is the second month this has happened. I am thinking since this plan is not available with data anymore and they just want us off of it.

@myan8 you could be correct about the starting usage; everyone seems to be having unique experiences lately 🤔.
However, I have that old $15 plan and I can confirm to you that every cycle my plan refreshes back to 0 MB.

you should ask PM to check the account for you. Open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right, type Submit ticket and then choose Contact Us and follow the prompt to get to ticket open screen

I did try incognito mode. The same results.

What you saw could be a browser cache problem. Try checking your usage on browser with Incognito mode.
