Call Forwarding "Not Reachable" Not Working

More than nice. This is essential for those of us who are often in buildings with no coverage but where there is wifi. I'm otherwise satisfied with PM but if we don't get wifi calling soon I'll be moving.

The ability to customize conditional call forwarding was indeed broken for most people with the broad enablement of VoLTE, but I seem to have found a workaround to get the functionality working again on your own.

I temporarily put my SIM card into an old BlackBerry 10 phone (a phone that is definitely not VoLTE capable), and from there I was able to set the conditional call forwards, and then put the SIM back into my primary (VoLTE capable) phone.

To my surprise however, I remained able to program the conditional call forwarding settings in my primary phone after that point!

So I'd suggest temporarily transferring your SIM into an old 3G phone if you have one lying around and see if you yield a similar result.

My call forward works.  Which call forwarding are you using?

and no Wifi calling here.  In fact, no tier 3 has wifi calling. There is a reason for cheaper plans here

what phone you have? some people's Conditional forwarding no longer work since PM brough in VoLTE.  But check with Support agent and see if they can fix it

at this time, there is no news that Wifi calling is coming to PM anytime soon

if this is critical feature you need, check with Koodo or Telus
