Hello there, if you are talking about your Public Mobile data, check to see if data is enabled on your phone. If it is, check to see if your APN settings are correct.

If you have run out of data...have you loaded the free holiday 2gb data add on or the intetnational long distance add on gift? If not go to plans and addons in your account. Scroll down to add ons and you will see the first item in each of their category columns are $0. Click 1 of each and scroll down to submit your $0 payment. Then check for them on your overview page.

Have you checked self service to see if you have any data left under My Data & Add-Ons? If you do not see any data listed in this section then you have used it up for this cycle.
If you do have data left ensure data is turned on and check your apn settings.
