If the extra amount is not showing in your Available Funds, but showing on your credit card transactions, perhaps the extra charge is a PENDING credit card transaction, that will fall away once the transactions fully authorize.
But, if you do see the extra funds in your Available Funds area, than yes, please refer to @computergeek541 post.
