Is it possible you have not created an account?

 

You can do so on the Account Login page.

@toto2 Are you a new customer? If activated online, no need to enter number. Log in as account was already created. Username isn't phone number. It's your e-mail addresss. If still no luck, open ticket in https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
