I see it's been a while since you've posted, but I just want to ask if anyone else noticed issues with auto-pay this month too? I had a strange delay and wasn't sure if it's still an ongoing thing or just a one-off. Might be helpful to compare notes in case the problem's creeping back.

Autopay failures are reported on the forum every few days for a while. 

However, PM is investigating some different autopay issues recently.  What happened in your situation?

important thing is if you have service now.

if you have service and just My Account not update with the latest cycle date, it is ok.  Sometimes it just take longer for the site to update
