Website is finicky. You can try to clear cache first, incognito mode or try a different web browser. You can also try a different device or the PM app itself.
Once you access your account, then you could load up funds.

you need to make the payment yourself
login My Account and check if you see the button Pay and Resume Services, click and follow instructions from there
if the button not there, you can load up enough money (with E911 fees if needed) for renewal here:
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card

you can dial 611 to hear current plan status and make payment using your on-file payment card. You need to know your Public Mobile pin.
