I am being charged on my credit card for a ghost account that I have never used. I though it was my husbands account, but it is not his.
I bourght a SIM card in December 2024 (around there) and I set up my account.
I have not ever used this account and only recently discovered that II am being charged monthly for an account I never used.
I do not know my phone number nor my login credentials for this ghost acount.
I have not found a way to contact a real human being with the customer service ticket. As the options on their ticket system have nothing to do with my real issues.
Now what?

Unfortunately once you activate the SIM and create an account. PM will automatically withdraw AutoPay from the CC you setup on your account.
