This happened to to me too! Phone stopped working on January 15th. It was supposed to autopay on January 17th. I did a manual payment of the plan cost as @Anonymous suggested, but don't see any of my autopay/loyalty/referral credits. How do I get those missing credits back?

@myy : Something is peculiar here. It's one day early. Did you possibly use the Lost/stolen function? Your Dec 17 term should have taken you to overnight of 15-16. So why did it stop working on the 15th? But then you made your payment and it started again. ??
I dunno. Contact CSA's as mentioned and get those rewards applied. Something seems off though.

@myy So, you made a payment on Jan 15 and it worked for couple days
Maybe try to click Lost/Stolen first to suspended the service. Then logoff My Account and go back and remove the Lost/Stolen after 5 minutes. Logoff My Account and Reboot the phone and see how it goes

@Anonymous current balance is $0. I included the transaction history as of now and the message I saw on January 15th when the phone stopped receiving/making calls. After the payment on January 15th, phone was able to make calls again. Thanks for looking into this!

@myy : What is your current balance or Available Funds? Maybe post a screenshot of your payment history from here (not payment card).
