Credit Card Info Update Not Working

Hello! 

 

I am looking to update my credit card information but it wont let me. Ive tried with multiple different cards and none of them are working. My plan expired today and I need my phone right away so somebody please help. Ive tried clearing my cache, using the app, using a webpage and multiple different cards. 

 

HELP PLEASE!!!

@Kattillacc when you got the update Payment card error, usually you need to wait 24 hours for the lock to clear

Since you need to make payment urgently to resume service, you can get a voucher from SDM/Rexall/Loblaws/Cantire and then load the voucher using *611 on your phone (or 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone) to resume service first and then try updating the card again later
