Re: Add-ons has not been applied!

Hello there,

I have the same situation where add-ons was purchased and have exceeded the monthly usage from the text but the data is still not available after numerous times of restarting the phone. I confirmed the availability of the add-ons on my account. Oddly, it shows I still have some data left from the monthly amount. Please help, it's awfully frustrating.

Thanks!

Another way of updating the caching is to click on the little spinner refresh icons lower down.

Maybe you could provide an image of your add-ons list and while you're there the plan usage box to the left on a desktop browser. After clicking all those refresh icons of course.

@yameel   So you cleared cache/cookies and used incognito mode to log into your account and see data still available?

You could try powering off the phone, remove the SIM card and reinsert after couple of minutes and reboot.  Make sure your data hasn't been turned off accidentally too.   Also re-check APN settings in case something got lost during an update or something.

Thanks for your prompt reply! I attempted again and did all you have recommended...it appears the same. The data limit setting has been turned off. Would you advise to visit a store at this point?

HI @yameel

Try to use clear your browser cache, close and relaunch to check the usage on My Account again.  The usage you saw earlier might not be updated because of cache and cookies

And did you check if your phone has some data limit setting?
