I also subscribe to a $15 plan and autopay and my account is in a suspended status. Please help! I am unable to make and receive calls.

@mymymy416 do a manual payment, click Reactivate button, and restart your phone.

Try to make a manual payment with your registered card.
Or buy a voucher in stores or online to renew your service.
What happens if you click on the reactivate button in that upper right area?

If autopay has failed and since calls are not working, I would suggest manually aoplying a $15 top up to try to get your services working again. What's your Public Mobile account balance?
