I factory reset my phone. Esim was deleted. I had to create this account just to post this because I cannot login to my real account because it requires 2FA by sms. I have tried the email option but my gmail also requires 2FA by sms.
Please help.

Thanks I regained access to my account but now it will not allow me to purchase and install new esim

@Fred51 you can try tap the option says “didn’t get code “ then you may get option to send code to email instead . If still no luck

you can rebuy the eSIM, but you need to login
if you have the voicemail Pin, ask 2FA to send via voice message and call voicemail to get pin after a minute
if not, ask PM support agent to help. Message them
