I think more details are needed here. Why do you want to change your sim card? Are you trying to change your plan? Does the card not work? Please explain fully so you can get proper assistance.

What error message you got?
Try again using Incognito mode and see if it works
Again, you need to login to My Account, click Change sim card from the Quick Links menu on to top right and complete the process there

Why do you need to change your SIM card? Is it broken? Have you tried in another unlocked phone?

@jimbrosburrito Just click on Change sim card button. But you have to have a brand new sim card though.
