RCS no longer working after switching carriers

Wh0crs

Switched over from Bell today to the $29 20GB 5G Can-US-Mex plan successfully, yay me! However, I now no longer have RCS ability. I'm running a Samsung 23 Ultra and have been using Google Messages forever so I've had RCS for quite some time.

I've tried literally every trick/workaround I've found on here over the last several hours and it's still showing as:

"Setting Up... Trying to verify your phone number..."

Anyone have any ideas?

I cannot edit any of this information. I tried to create a new APN using those noted above and that didn't do anything either lol

I have; a few times, yes.

I also attempted to edit my Access Point, but I can only make a new one and that didn't work.
