Hi PM Community,
I'm currently on the $40/4GB plan (eligible for the 6GB/$40 Koodo deal). I have an upcoming internship internationally for 4 months where I won't be using my PM service.
I see that I can disable autopay and suspend my account for 89 days while I am in the States to avoid paying for service when I don't need it. What I am wondering is
1. Is there a way to suspend the service without disabling autopay and losing that reward for that month?
2. Will this affect my loyalty calculation? (Since my account will be suspended will this reset my loyalty to 0)?
3. With the Koodo deal, if I were switch to Koodo would there be a way to handle this internship?
Thanks for your help!

Your plan cancellation policy is the same no matter where you are when payment is not received .

@imm1304 last time I checked seasonal holds made you return to current in market plans.

Hey @stanley,
Adding to @mimmo's excellent response above, if you were to accept the migration offer to Koodo, you may be able to call 611 and have your account placed on seasonal hold which is $15/month. Do clarify with them that you will be allowed to go back to your special plan when you come back from seasonal hold.
Staying with PM, best way forward would be to disable autopay and let the account expire and get suspended. Just make sure you reactivate before 90 days.

Congrats on internship .
Only way to let a plan expire is to disable autopay and lose the $6 reward
You will have 90 days to renew else plan and number vanish
Yes your loyalty will/should be delayed by the time account is inactive
If switching to koodo you pay 40$/ month
