Hi everybody! I have currently bought an add-on data named "3 GB- US Data". I supposed it was also applicable in Canada. Now I can not use it while my default plan is finished. Are there any solutions to using this add-on in Canada or I should buy another add-on? Is the price refundable for the add-on that I can not use? Thanks for your help.

@mazdiii Also, if you expect to need a lot more than 1GB and your cycle renewal is coming up soon, you might want to consider to either "Change plan now" or ask PM support for an earlier renewal of your current plan
For "Change plan now", basically you can pick another plan (higher price and lower price plan) and have PM to start the new plan now, start a new cycle now. Of course, the unused days on the current cycle will be forfeited. But since you already used up the data, it might not really matter
for early renewal of the current plan, you will need to ask PM support to help. Again, the unused days of the current cycle will be forfeited.

@mazdiii US data is for romaing only and cannot be used in Canada
You have to buy one of these if you run out of data in Canada
1GB Add-on - $15.00 (10 Reward points)
200MB Add-on - $5.00 (5 Reward points)
And for your US data, are you going to US? that has a expiry of 15 days from the moment it purchased. If you bought it wrong , you might want to open ticket with PM Support and try to ask them for a reverse of the transaction.
