How do I get a QR code to activate my new phone?

    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Login" and finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"

Problem is that you can’t pay!!! A warning screen appears and blocks out payment option.

you can rebuying it for free using the app.  Just download PM app on the new phone and go to account page and buy new, they won't really charge you

You just need to use the app to get a new sim fro free

To get a  new eSIM, first, download the app on your new phone.  Click Account from the bottom, then click Purchase SIM Card and select eSIM.  Once it confirms your phone is eSIM compatible, click Pay $  and Install.  The system will notice you got an esim before and won't charge you  for this new one.   Then just following the prompt to complete and purchase and install eSIM on your devic
