I tried to get "customer service" to fix the issue on the app. It is not possible to pay and install an eSim because there is a warning c=screen to say that you cannot move the eSim to another device. There is no way past the warning. For FOUR MON...
Join the club. The app does not let you past the warning screen about the eSIM being a one time install. I have been after “customer service” for 2 weeks to fix this. So good luck. I’m ready to switch to Freedom - similar prices better support
