Hi there, I am trying to active a new sim card and my app is stuck on the last step and the message says "something didn't go right while activating your subscription. Click below to contact customer support agent" When I click to get support the page asks me to log in again then the screen on my phone is white with a done option.. Can anyone please help

Join the club. The app does not let you past the warning screen about the eSIM being a one time install. I have been after “customer service” for 2 weeks to fix this. So good luck. I’m ready to switch to Freedom - similar prices better support

hi @kellypwr you are activating a new sim card on a new account??
Activation not completed, you need support agent to help , also, ask them to fix the sms problem that most new activations have problem
