Purchased wrong add ons

Yesterday I thought I was purchasing the US Roaming 500 MB Data, but when that didn't seem to go through because neither the credits were subtracted nor the add-on showed up in my account, I tried doing the purchase again. Now my account says I have two different add-ons, for US Roaming Unlimited Talk and US Roaming Unlimited Text instead of the roaming data I actually wanted, and I'm out of credits! How do I fix this?

the mods will need to help you out as this is account related. best case is they will give you an account credit.

 

How can you get help with your account, activation, or service?

In your message please include:

  • PM Phone Number, 4 digit PIN, Account email address, Detailed explanation of your issue

Don't know your pin?--provide any 3 of the following:

  • Complete mailing address, Email address, Alternate phone number, Date of birth, Last top up date & amount

How long until they reply?:

  • Office Hours: Mon-Fri 9am to 9pm, and Sat-Sun 9am to 7:30pm [Toronto Time].
  • Messages are replied to during business hours and in the order they are received
  • Typical response time is between 1-3 hours, but can be up to 48 hours.
  • There is no need to send multiple messages.

@tsirlinator, Send a private message to the moderator team, and ask nicely if they can help you get what you need.  Include account # or phone # and account PIN(if you know it).  This will speed up the process a bit.

I know it can be a little frustrating to wait but send a message to the moderator team and include your name, account number and/or phone number and pin number and they will get back to you between Monday-Friday 9am-9pm (EDT) and Satuday-Sunday 9AM-7:30PM (EDT)
