Yesterday I thought I was purchasing the US Roaming 500 MB Data, but when that didn't seem to go through because neither the credits were subtracted nor the add-on showed up in my account, I tried doing the purchase again. Now my account says I have two different add-ons, for US Roaming Unlimited Talk and US Roaming Unlimited Text instead of the roaming data I actually wanted, and I'm out of credits! How do I fix this?

I know it can be a little frustrating to wait but send a message to the moderator team and include your name, account number and/or phone number and pin number and they will get back to you between Monday-Friday 9am-9pm (EDT) and Satuday-Sunday 9AM-7:30PM (EDT)
