Hi, I Purchased the US Roaming add on, it shows up in my account. But I cannot make any calls. It says I do not have an activelong distance add on and this call is not covered by your plan.
I have an active long distance plan as well as US Roaming plan. @CS_Agent Need help in pronto.
I am in US for 5 days only day 1 already passed without me able to make any calls even though I have active add ons.

Yes & Yes. Wondering if restarting my device will do something but I know all the magic should happen from the server. Maybe it needs a trigger

Hi,
Does it show up under Add-ons on Overview page? Did you purchase it twice? Buying an add-on is two step process. First time it ads funds to your account and second time it uses the funds you added to actually purchase the add-on.
