I purchased a subscription, but I ended up subscribing with a different provider.
I never got a SIM or used by subscription on any device. is it possible to get a refund?

Because you did not activate a plan, Public Mobile will refund what you paid. Message them using the link supplied in @AK32‘s comment.

Hi there, you can request a refund, but typically PM does not do refunds so it will be up to customer supports discretion. If you are kind and ask politely, they may help, but there is no guarantee. You can message them to ask here:
