Purchased New SIM No phone number associated

Hi there 

I just bought a new SIM card as I thought I would start fresh because have been having many issues with my account. Before I had changed to a new SIM card I changed my number or at least k thought I did. 

the number in my account was not the same number that was shown on my phone. 

I reset the network settings a few times and nothing happened. 

fast forward to installing the new sim. I deleted the old. Installed the new and when it was installed there’s no number attached. Attempted to change or add the number and am giving a pop up notifying I have changed my number too many times and it was unsuccessful. 

how can I match my sim with the number on file and on my phone

i still unsure if you updated your sim card number on My Account or the app.  If you did, reboot the phone.

or if you have trouble still, ask PM support agent to help

Now it says sim no provisioned

hi @johndemuynck 

if you can login, then just update the sim card number on the Profile page or Account page there

after sim card is updated, reboot phone with the new sim card there

did you login My Account or the app and go to Profile or Account page to update the sim card number?

or you might want to ask PM support agent to sort it out for you if you cannot login My Account due to 2FA issue:
