Purchased Incorrect Add On

I purchased an incorrect add on (1000 U.S. Long Distance Minutes) by accident. How am I able to get this add on removed/refunded?

PM is prepaid provider and usually do not provide refund

HOWEVER, support are very understanding and likely able to reverse the transaction and put the money back to your My Account's Available Fund and it can then be used for other purchases or renewal.  Please message them here:
