Purchased Add On is not Showing On My Account

Hi @CS_Agent,

I recently purchased an add on which is not showing on my account. Can you please help with that? Where can I submit a ticket for that, as your current ticket system seems to be down!

maybe just a browser problem

Login My Account again using Incognito/Private/Secret mode and you should see the addons

if not, check Payment history and check if PM charged you.  If they charged you but no addons, please submit a ticket with CS agent
