I’m trying to purchase a US roaming add-on. When it tried to process the payment (credit card details were displayed and I clicked add) I got an oops something went wrong message asking me to log out and log back in. When I logged back in I saw the same message when clicking view add-one. I tried this again same thing.
I’m travelling to the US today. Please help!

Most of the time, going to incognito mode resolves the issue. I suppose going forward the advise should be to toggle incognito mode.

It was the exact opposite problem. I was in Mobile Safari private mode. Switching *off* private mode solved the problem.

@SomeDude, try clearing browser cache or using incognito mode.
