I want to purchase an ESIM for over a month now. What setting is OFF, to prevent the results below?
Alex, I have re-installed, removed, cleared storage and cache on my installed Public Mobile -app, installed from Google store . I login ok, from desktop= great ! Still no login from my phone on P.M.-account.! It just cycles back to the intro P.M.-login page . So it looks like no account access from my phone. Certainly can't login to purchase an ESIM . Any ideas ?

What you've said above is pretty much what I'd say to do as well.
Go into app settings and first delete cache, then delete data from app, then delete app, then reboot phone and download app again. If this doesn't work, I think I MAY have an option for you but this is just guessing as I'm an iPhone guy. Check your email box above in the top right corner.
