I bought an iPhone 16 Pro. I need a new eSIM to move to this new phone. App says that my phone doesn’t support eSIM. That’s wrong.

That is very strange. Best to contact a CS_Agent.

ask support agent for help. submit a ticket and ask them to confirm if they added iPhone 16 on the compatible list yet

Logged out, uninstalled the PM app. Went and reinstalled, logged in, went to purchase eSIM and still get: Your device is eSIM incompatible.

Uninstall the PM app and reinstall on the iPhone 16 then login to your account. It should work but if it doesn’t then you will need to contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket for an agent to investigate the reason why it is not working.

not sure if it is too new and the app nto recognize
but you downloaded the PM app on the new iPhone 16 and try to buy esim from the app ?
if you already using the app on the new phone and really cannot buy esim on iPhone 16, ask support agent to check and help
