I bought an iPhone 16 Pro. I need a new eSIM to move to this new phone. App says that my phone doesn’t support eSIM. That’s wrong. send me a new eSIM

I literally thought this was me submitting a ticket. Terrible support by public mobile eesh.

Logged out, uninstalled the PM app. Went and reinstalled, logged in, went to purchase eSIM and still get: Your device is eSIM incompatible.
