My sim is locked. I submitted a request for puk yesterday. So far still waiting for the response

The link provided opens to your inbox. Did you check for their reply?

Do you see in your SENT Items your tickets that you've submitted?

They are probably still busy, but they should get to you soon.

Hi my sim has been locked since last Friday. I need a puk number to activate my sim. I keep submitting tickets for it everyday. Nobody from public mobile responded me. Please help!

@yufisher1970  Support wait time are longer the usually as there’s been a messy roll out of the 50% off plans, but since you already 

submitting ticket keep an eye on your community inbox for their reply , or you can use this link to the community in box
