@Ahmedali36 - the phone number is attached to your account/SIM card. So if you change the SIM card on your account (or with CSA help) then you still have your phone number as yours to use.
Note, after 90 days of nonpayment you lose your phone number, account and access to self serve.

Edit: your phone number in your account not with old SIM card
just buy it new SIM card and Change to new SIM card online.

You just need to get a new SIM card from a store. From Telus or Koodo store around you
Once you got the new SIM card, you need to log back into your My Account and request Change SIM card.
You can get to there by going to Quick Links, and select Change SIM card

Also, before you get a new sim card , you might want to go to My Account to suspend your service just in case someone got your phone
Login to My Account, at Quick Links, select Lost/Stolen Phone
