Did you pass the payment section within the activation process?
If so, insert the SIM and see if you have any services.

If your card did get charged and you are wondering if activation took place, contact CSA.

yes your account number for old provider,
Dial *#06# to see. your device IMEI. to you will enter it at activate website,

What is account number from old provider? I entered the sim card number.

Before you try to reactivate. Wait 30 mins, then check your credit card to see if PM has charged, you, likely not
Once confirm PM didn't charge you , you can try again. When you submit for porting request, did you enter IMEI number? If you did, please enter the account number from our previous provider instead. That could resolve your problem.
Also, you might want to open a Incognito mode browser to try your next attempt

don't activate again, if your credit card take charges then contact to support team by CS_Agent
use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
