Receiving this error everytime I try to register/view my public points. For days now.

Yeah just keep hitting return and it should eventually get to the page.. Sometimes it may only be once, sometimes it may take quite awhile.

Hitting return usually loads the page for me.

For me when I get this message I will keep on selecting the “Rewards” option, sometimes up to 6 times before my rewards appear.

@baileydianah I have not been able to login for the last 12 hours at least, but just tried now and is working. So, I guess something wrong on the back end, just keep trying.

Many people are seeing this error message. Unfortunatley, no amount of playing with your computer, phone, or browser settings will fix this. The issue is on Public Mobile's end.
