Public mobile txt message stopped coming in

Hi all,

 I don’t receive txt info from PM Any longer.

 Neither the payment info nor any data limit reached txt messages.

 What can I do to start receiving them again?

It is all self managing now so you need to login on the app or website to check your current status.

this has been stopped for many months already.  At least 6 months

Maybe you can set a reminder yourself on your phone.  But make sure to set it as a recurring reminder every 30 days, not monthly as PM cycle is 30 days

Correct. PM is not sending SMS regarding coming payment nor 'thank you' for making payment and continuing service.

I miss those, too!

@Freaky999 , I cannot speak for the high data consumption SMS as I have large data bucket and I never come close to using all of it.  I know that renewal SMSs have stopped with the coming in.
