I contacted public mobile several days ago and still have not gotten any response. I’ve never had to wait this long. I just need my membership renewed earlier. I ran out of data and cannot keep buying add on’s. I really need help and they are not getting back to me. I don’t know what to do.

The customer likely wants to keep the same plan. A customer support agent is needed.

You really don't need customer service for that. You can always purchase a new plan that's a bit more than you're paying now. Presty, more data.

there were lots of tickets in the past week. But we heard many got their issues resolved. Please message them again now and they will get back to you
