Just wondering if I could be considered for these deals. I have been loyal to public mobile for 5 years, and as an active member we are not considered for these deals. No loyalty when it comes to your existing members.

You losing most if not all loyalty points shortly when they change over to the new points system anyway so it's not going to matter much.

@SandyC But if you switch to another company and came back wouldn’t you lose all your loyalty points?
Yes you would. Also some of these other options have no US roaming option, which may matter to some people but not others.

Once the dust settles this is a plan I would definitely consider vs my current $15 250mb plan.

True that public has 5g plans but the 19$ plan is 4g only so does it really matter if the other only offers 4g your getting the same speed. And like I said if you can't get them to change your plan. Switch providers for a month and come back and get the plan you want

hi @Rastin
but i think the $21 (or $19) is the better plan with 3GB. Also, all PM subscribers have access to 5G network, no name has no 5G access

There Other companies out there with similar plans like no frill mobile 19$ and 2gigs no 90 days sub. Or pc mobile 20$ 1gig not as good as public. So if they won't give you the plan you want just switch and if you don't like the other company you can just port your number back and get the plan you want as a new customer.

Hello @ROBINH00D7
First, please know that we are all customers just like you. Nobody is here from Public Mobile.
Second, Public Mobile no longer believes in rewarding loyal customers, hence the reason why they recently removed our loyalty credits (starting in May).
If you create a ticket and ask a CS Agent nicely, they've been known to upgrade plans.
To Submit a ticket, please click the following link to access the Public Mobile Chatbot: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type: Customer Service Agent
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: I am not a Public Mobile employee. I am a customer just like you. Please do not send me a private message with your personal information.

It did happen in the past - open a ticket and nicely ask agent to upgrade your plan to that available to 'new' customers only.
Miracles happen every day, we just do not pay enough attention...
