Public Points Redeemed but Not Applied

Hello,

I redeemed my Public Points on June 15 2025 $15.00 and January 12 2026 $20.00 but the points/reward have not been applied to my account.

My details:
• Phone number: ###-###-####
• Account email: ***@***
• Reward redeemed: $15 bill and $20.00 bill credit

The points were deducted from my balance, but the reward has not appeared on my account or been applied to my bill.

Could you please review my account and apply the reward manually if needed?

using the app, log in to your account > Payment > View Payment History...it should show for Jan...$xx ULCW Base Plan x GB  Data - 4G, $20 Bill Credit

That's what mine looks like after Rewards Points were successfully redeemed and applied.

although Jun was far away, but you can check the Payment history to confirm if PM deposit the credit to your account

But if you really cannot find the credit for both redemptions, check with PM CS agent. 

Please open ticket with PM support:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
    (if unable to receive 2FA via SMS, click "Didn't Receive code" or "Resend Code",
     then choose "
Send email" or "Send Voice Message" to get 2FA via email or voicemail)
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
