Hi everyone,
I recently completed a number transfer from Fizz to Public Mobile, and I'm running into an issue where I cannot receive incoming calls. Outgoing calls and 5G data both work perfectly, but when someone tries to call me, the call doesn't connect on my end.

if using hard sim, remove Fizz sim and install PM sim. Reboot cellphone. Do a network re-set.

you got a text from Fizz about the port and did you reply yes to approve?
What you having now means the port was not completed, There is a porting assistance team you can call and ask for update. I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox. Please check and call them
