Pockets of outages being reported in and around Calgary. Shouldn't be extended outage though.

You checked My Account and your account is Active?
Did you try to reboot your phone?
Try changing your network to 3G Only (some devices call it WCDMA only or HSPA Only)
And if you have another phone around, try it with your PM SIM
if none of those works, open ticket with PM CS agent
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
start by typing : Contact CS Agent
then Click "Contact Us"
then Click "Other"
finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

Lots of outages in the West Coast and Alta.
Pin down on the map to see if it includes your area.
If not outage in your area, try the SIM in another phone to see if it is an outage,the phone issue or your account is Suspended.
