Have been a PM member for several years but only getting $1 off per month identified as “loyalty”. Is there an issue here?

Thanks! Looks like it is only 19 months (based on “pre-authorized payments” to date indicating 38).

@afralick

Could you show us a screenshot?

If it shows 6 (with PM for 6 years) so you are with PM since 2016?

@afralick it shows $6, theb according to that this is only around you 18 months here.  You joined around Jan/Feb 2021???

or you have suspended for couple months during this time??

Your start date (anniversary day and month anyway) is also shown in discover points as I mentioned earlier. You should have a rough idea of what year you started.

Adding, then that would suggest you've been here about a year and a half.

Loyalty pays shows 6 but that is cumulative to date since enrolling. Monthly loyalty reward indicated $1/mo

@afralick

The amount of credit/month is the number of years you are with PM.

When did you activate and created your account?
Contact a CS_Agent if not.

Will have to check files for welcome email.

Don’t have access currently to original signup documents but am reasonably sure it has been longer than two years.

If you still have your welcome email from here then that is the date you signed up. You can also log in to the rewards page and click on discover points (don't click join!!) and scroll down to see the Anniversary points every year heading and your sign up date will be there. Don't click join!!

HI @afralick   exactly how long you have been with PM ?  If you are with PM for less than 24 months, and more than12, then yes, $1 is right

if you have suspended your account for couple months here and there, PM will delay it by those months before moving you in the $2 loyalty range

Maybe, you can also confirm how long you have been receiving $1 as well
