Really Public Mobile increasing your commercial, advertising and YouTube presences for a Phone Company without a phone number.
At times, it gets frustrating when you see company's that should be all about no frills affordable products get off track by things like advertising. Companies like No Frills, No Name, and Public Mobile should not have advertising as a part of their strategy. Their strategy should be more about price, service is even more important and Public Mobile is apparently trying to main stream that to the community. Seems contradictory that the do more YouTube activity after announcing that only place to get service is the community, and no longer through social media platforms.

I think some advertising is warranted and youtube videos can't be that expensive to create.
Most of my friends who have phone plans elsewhere and are paying ridiculous amounts of money for next to no services have barely heard of PM (generally just from me) and don't trust them because of that. 😞

They always had a youtube presence, way back to CDMA days (although I notice many videos deleted now!)

Even no frills service can't hide under a rock. Getting rid of the bricks and mortar presence goes a long way to saving money already.

Agreed in principle, although even No Frills sends out flyers. I imagine youtube commercials are pretty inexpensive.
