Porting from Koodo prepaid

I've signed up yesterday, but can't port from Koodo prepaid. It seems like I have to pm the mod team, but I've gotten no response yet, 1 day later . How long is this supposed to take ?

I work for a mobile service and to be honest post paid to pre paid ports can be very tricky. Or  I know you usually have to set up a new account and basically migrate everything over. Sometimes ports can take up to anywhere from 24-72 hours.

4 - 72 hours, depending moderators' workload. Your Koodo SIM will continue to work until the port-in finishes.
