I work for a mobile service and to be honest post paid to pre paid ports can be very tricky. Or I know you usually have to set up a new account and basically migrate everything over. Sometimes ports can take up to anywhere from 24-72 hours.

Important thing are 1. Account no. and 2. Name that apperared on (Koodo) Account i did mine on saturday and its got transfer withing 1 hour. Hope thats help.
