asking to make payment but I am already enrolled in autopayment plus also i do have fund avaiable.

@fenIf your phone is still working then it's normal for your account to say Expired or Suspended arround your renewal date. If your phone is not working, there has been some system problems the last few days, you will have to contact the moderators.
