Freedom has a good prepaid offer, $99/yr with 50GB for the yr.  Issue becomes coverage.  They're not available in my area so regardless of the offer they're not an option for me.  It's decent for larger metropolitan areas.

All the 3rd tier from the big 3 have the $15 plans but PM have a lot of free promo giveaways.

Lucky offers eSIM.

but each one has it goods and bads

PM: price is cheaper after rewards, but support is all online

Lucky: has eSIM and VoIP app, but no roaming anywhere at all

Chatr: if you need roaming everywhere, this is the one you need to go for.

There is no clear winner.  It comes down to what matters most to the customer.  We all seek slightly different features place different values on them.
