I have recently claimed the one-time 2GB free data, 500 int’l long distance minutes plus the 1GB bonus free data; however, it only shows the 2GB and 500 minutes under add-on usage on my account. The 1GB bonus is missing. Can you please find out what’s wrong? Thanks

2GB and 500 LD mins are for everyone
The 1GB is only for Public Points rewards. Login to Rewards site and look for Free Holiday 1GB Data. Add that to cart and complete the transaction

@CSHlou the 1GB is ONLY for people on the new My Rewards system Public Points
If you are one of them, just log into My Rewards https://www.publicmobile.ca/myrewards
go to the Catalogue section, there will be a 1GB data for free for you to redeem there
if you are on the old rewards system, then, you don't have that extra 1GB
