Plan change

I changed plans today with the Cyber Monday deal, $40 for 15 gigs at 30x the speed.  My speed test is still at 3mb/s.   How come?  My payment went through.   Thanks in advance.

Assuming that the plan change was processed (I'm almost certain that it was), incorrect information showing in Self Serve is unrelated to the speed. The Self Serve site has issues with showing outdated infromation. 
Clear your cache+cookies, close your browser, and then restart it in private/incognitco mode.

HI @Nbhiker   yes, the speed with come 48 hours after the plan change

So, wait 2 days and test speed again and you should get good speed

and make sure your network type is set to LTE or 4G
